We respond to the need of foreign citizens living in Spain, both residents and non-residents, or with legal relationships in our country, whether EU members or not. Our services include:
FOREIGN LAW
- Proceedings to obtain visas, resident cards, and obtaining Spanish nationality.
INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LAW
International Private Law is about the conflict resolution with an international basis. It settles which legislation is applicable, and determines the legal condicion of foreigners.
- We act on behalf of your family and economic interests: inheritances, buy-sell of properties, business set-ups, international divorces, exequatur of foreign court rulings
- We currently work closely with Embassy and Consulate offices of the USA, Germany, and the United Kingdom
We are experienced in legalization of foreign court rulings in Spain (exeaquatur). Any kind of firm (non-appealable) court, civil or mercantile, can be legalized in Spain, with full legal effects.
Procedure times depends on which court will carry it out. The number and kinds of documents to be produced is heavily dependent on whether there is a bilateral agreement or not between Spain and the other country.
